Shipping Line & NVOCC Services

Contractual carrier responsibility, direct House Bills of Lading, and volume container allocation across the UAE, Pakistan, and regional maritime lanes.

Carrier Authority & Responsibility

Noble Line Logistics operates as an NVOCC — a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier — from Dubai. That means we issue our own House Bills of Lading, take contractual responsibility for your cargo, and buy space from vessel operators in volume, then allocate it to shippers who don't move enough containers on their own to negotiate carrier rates directly.

For a shipper, the practical difference is this: you deal with one carrier document and one point of accountability, rather than managing a carrier relationship, a consolidator, and a forwarder separately.

Ocean Freight Action

Vessel Operations & Container Allocation

Watch our maritime container space management and House Bill of Lading operations in action across Jebel Ali, Port Qasim, and key Asian trade lanes.

What Our NVOCC Service Includes

Comprehensive ocean carrier capabilities designed for containerized commercial cargo.

House Bill of Lading Issuance

We issue the HBL in Noble Line Logistics' name. This gives you a single carrier document covering the full movement, and lets us control routing, consolidation and release without waiting on a third party's paperwork.

FCL Consolidation & Deconsolidation

Full Container Load bookings across our contracted carrier space. Where you have volume going to the same destination from multiple suppliers, we consolidate into a single container rather than paying for partial loads.

LCL Groupage Services

Less than Container Load for shipments that don't fill a box. Your cargo shares a container with other consignments moving on the same lane, and is deconsolidated at destination. Ideal for cargo below ~15 CBM.

Reefer Solutions

Refrigerated container handling for temperature-sensitive cargo, including pre-trip inspection coordination, temperature setting confirmation, and continuous monitoring during transit.

Vessel Chartering

For cargo that does not fit standard liner service — volume, dimension or timing — we arrange chartering. This applies to bulk, break-bulk and complex industrial project movements.

Seamless Trade Corridor

Our NVOCC operations specialize in connecting UAE ports with Karachi and Port Qasim with onward transit into Central Asia.

NVOCC vs. Freight Forwarder vs. Shipping Line

Understanding contractual accountability, document issuance, and operational carrier roles.

Carrier Entity Owns Vessels Issues Own B/L Contractual Carrier
Shipping Line (VOCC) Yes Yes (Master B/L) Yes
NVOCC (Noble Line) No Yes (House B/L) Yes
Freight Forwarder No Not always Usually acts as agent, not carrier

An NVOCC sits between the two. It doesn't own ships, but it does accept carrier liability and issues its own transport document. Noble Line Logistics operates as both an NVOCC and a freight forwarder, which means we can take whichever role fits your shipment.

Why Shippers Choose Noble Line as Their NVOCC

Own Offices at Both Ends

Direct offices in Dubai and Karachi, ensuring direct operational oversight without handing cargo off to third-party overseas agents.

Cross-Stuffing at Jebel Ali

Cargo can be split, combined, or rerouted mid-journey rather than irrevocably committed at origin.

Single Point of Contact

One dedicated logistics specialist owns your booking from initial quotation through delivery and discharge.

In-House Customs Capability

The same company carrying the cargo clears it through customs, removing the single most common handover delay.
